    100% Trebbiano d’Abruzzo

  • PRODUCTION AREA:

    Hilly area of the Pescara Province (200m a.s.l.).

  • ALCHOLIC FERMENTATION:

    The grapes undergo a light pressing and afterwards are conveyed to stainless steel tanks where they ferment without any contact with the skins at a controlled temperature of 18°C.

  • MATURING/REFINING:

    In steel tanks.

  • ALCOHOL:

    12,0%

  • COLOUR:

    Straw yellow.

  • BOUQUET:

    Distinctive yellow fruit aroma.

  • FLAVOUR:

    Fresh, soft and balanced.

  • SERVING TEMPERATURE:

    18°- 10°C.

  • BEST WITH:

    Ideally served with white meat or fish based dishes.
