    Hilly area of Pescara.

  • ALCHOLIC FERMENTATION:

    The grapes undergo a light pressing and afterwards are conveyed to stainless steel tanks where they ferment without any contact with the skins at controlled temperature.

  • MATURING/REFINING:

    In steel tanks.

  • ALCOHOL:

    12,0%

  • COLOUR:

    Medium straw yellow with ice reflection.

  • BOUQUET:

    Intense and fruity with scents of yellow fruit.

  • FLAVOUR:

    Savoury, soft and well-balanced.

  • SERVING TEMPERATURE:

    10°C.

  • BEST WITH:

    It perfectly accompanies sea fish dishes, shellfish, oysters.
