  • PRODUCTION AREA:

    Hilly Area of the Pescara province (200 m a.s.l.).

  • ALCHOLIC FERMENTATION:

    Traditional vinification “in bianco”, or rather with a light pressing without having the pulp come into contact with the skins, at a controlled temperature of 18°C.

  • MATURING/REFINING:

    In steel tanks.

  • ALCOHOL:

    12,5%

  • COLOUR:

    Typical bright cherry colour.

  • BOUQUET:

    Intense aroma of red fruit.

  • FLAVOUR:

    Soft, fresh and well-balanced. Good persistence.

  • SERVING TEMPERATURE:

    10° – 12°C

  • BEST WITH:

    It perfectly accompanies fish or white meat based dishes.
