  • PRODUCTION AREA:

    Hilly area of the province of Chieti.

  • ALCHOLIC FERMENTATION:

    Vinification “in bianco”, or rather with a light pressing without having the pulp come into contact with the skin, at a controlled temperature of 16° C.

  • MATURING/REFINING:

    In steel tanks.

  • ALCOHOL:

    13,0%

  • COLOUR:

    Straw yellow with golden glares.

  • BOUQUET:

    Characteristic aromas with scents of citrus fruit.

  • FLAVOUR:

    Fresh, good persistence with savoury aftertaste.

  • SERVING TEMPERATURE:

    8° – 10°C

  • BEST WITH:

    Ideal with sea fish and shellfish based dishes, oysters, spiced cold meats and salami.
