        100% Moscatello di Castiglione, a native clone of Pescara territory.

      • PRODUCTION AREA:

        The vineyards are located in the area of Castiglione a Casauria, inland hilly area of the Pescara province.

      • ALCHOLIC FERMENTATION:

        Drying up of the whole grapes and fermentation at controlled temperature.

      • MATURING/REFINING:

        In steel tanks and in oak barrels.

      • ALCOHOL:

        13,5%

      • COLOUR:

        Deep straw yellow with golden glares.

      • BOUQUET:

        Intense and distinctive aroma of Moscato grapes with scents of flowers and moss.

      • FLAVOUR:

        Sweet and well-balanced with pseudo-caloric percept.

      • SERVING TEMPERATURE:

        8°C

      • BEST WITH:

        It pretty well accompanies dry and almond biscuits. Surprising with blue cheeses.
