  • GRAPES:

    100% Chardonnay

  • PRODUCTION AREA:

    Loreto Aprutino, Italy.

  • ALCHOLIC FERMENTATION:

    “in bianco”, or rather with a light pressing without having the pulp come into contact with the skins, at a controlled temperature of 16°C.

  • MATURING/REFINING:

    In steel tanks.

  • ALCOHOL:

    12%

  • COLOUR:

    Deep straw yellow colour.

  • BOUQUET:

    Elegant aromas of ripe yellow fruit and hazelnut. Flower hints.

  • FLAVOUR:

    Soft and balanced. Good persistence.

  • SERVING TEMPERATURE:

    10-12°C.

  • BEST WITH:

    Serve as an aperitif or with appetizers and delicate main dishes, white meats and soft cheeses. Ideal with fish courses.
