    Tradition vinification “in bianco”, or rather with a light pressing without having the pulp come into contact with the skins, at a controlled temperature of 28°C.

  • MATURING/REFINING:

    In steel tanks.

  • ALCOHOL:

    11,0%

  • COLOUR:

    Straw yellow.

  • BOUQUET:

    Soft aroma of yellow fruit.

  • FLAVOUR:

    Fresh, round and balanced.

  • SERVING TEMPERATURE:

    8°- 10°C.

  • BEST WITH:

    Ideal with appetizers, white meat or fish dishes, soft.
